Should you work out when you're sick?
Remember the ''Neck Rule''
If your symptoms are above the neck (runny nose,scratchy throat,headache),its totally safe to work out.It might even cures or makes you feel better after exercising.
If your symtoms are below the neck (stomachache,gastric,dry cough,diarrhea,nausea),then you should stop and resume your workout after fully recovered.
One of the reasons why you are not seeing any results or slow results from your work out.
1.INADEQUATE AMOUNT OF NUTRITIONS (Protein,Carbohydrates,Calories)
To summarize everything,first and foremost,more calories is needed to be consumed if you are looking for weight gain or maximum muscle mass.If you are looking for weight loss and lean down,lesser calories is needed to be consumed.However,people tend to overeat or under-eat according to their daily Macronutrient (Total of calories intake you need to consume in a day).Therefore,by taking supplements it helps you to reach your goal more efficiently.Below are basic supplements available in our gym,both either to bulk up or lean down.Come over if you have any further questions regarding supplements,our staffs are always ready to help and share with you! :D
